I was born and bred in this country - struggled to find an identity - now when I`m approaching 40 I am settled and relatively successful. My islamic faith is a source of solace and strengh.but how much longer must the insults come most poster don`t realise AQ are counting on Western bigotry to further their agenda, and some posters on CIF are all too happy to oblige.
i am happy here and just want get on with my life.There is no realpolitik in gratuitously abusing and threatening the average muslim. Such belligerence weakens moderates, emboldens extremists and eventually will leave the average muslim with no way to go and nothing to lose. That not in my interest or yours. Why don`t you target you critism intelligently and accurately instead of all purpose paranoid anti muslim rants based on strawman versions of islam.i am tired of these paranoid all purpose muslims rants.the current atmosphere seeks to demonise muslims.the pretext of the war on terror is a fallacy .the aim to promote democracy is a pretext to exploit the oil revenues.the term moderate and extremist muslims are perjoratives to throw at your enemy.who happen to live in self contained communities as oppose to ghettoes
